What materials are your products made of?
We use natural lacquer (from the lacquer tree) along with wood, gourd, or clay bases, depending on the piece. All items are handmade using traditional methods passed down through generations.
Are all your items handcrafted?
Yes. Every item in our shop is handcrafted by artisans in Fuzhou, China. We emphasize slow production, uniqueness, and cultural integrity.
Will my product look exactly like the photo?
Due to the handmade nature of each piece, there may be slight variations in color, texture, and pattern. These imperfections are part of the charm and authenticity.
Ordering & Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on your country. Customs duties may apply depending on local laws.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We usually process orders within 3–5 business days. Domestic shipping takes 2–7 days. International delivery may take 7–20 days depending on your location.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking link.
Returns & Support
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Please contact us before returning. Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your product is damaged during shipping, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours. We will provide a replacement or full refund.
