What is covered by this warranty? Kissesbox products are warranted against defects in materials and faulty workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase, when used in accordance with the respective products’ user manuals. This excludes Kissesbox TPE sleeves, which are warranted under the same terms for a period of ninety (90) days, and the charging cables for the Kissesbox Webcam and Kissesbox Webcam 2, which are warranted under the same terms for a period of one (1) month. Claims under warranty must be supported by reasonable evidence. The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase.

They will be eligible for a 55% off discount on www.kissesbox.com for purchasing a new device. This offer can only be used once and applies to up to 3 items in a single order, excluding Kissesbox Webcam, Kissesbox Kraken Masturbator, and accessories. Unless otherwise specified, this offer cannot be combined with other promotions.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY? Kissesbox Sex Machine accessories: Universal Power Adapter (not included in US packages) and Hex Wrench.
What will Kissesbox do in the event of a warranty claim? At Kissesbox, we stand by the quality of our products. If you discover a defect and notify Kissesbox during the warranty period, Kissesbox will, at its discretion, replace (or repair if it’s Kissesbox Webcam) the product free of charge. Kissesbox will cover the cost of shipping replacement items.
What information is required? Product serial number (located on the packaging). Proof of purchase including the purchase receipt, invoice, the order number, purchase date, and location (website or store name). Defect description. Proof of defect in the form of a picture or video.
Replacement and Disposal Policy To ensure product quality, maintain market integrity, and prevent the improper circulation of defective devices, Kissesbox reserves the right to terminate service support for the original defective device after providing a replacement. This process includes, but is not limited to, discontinuing software updates, deactivating APP services, and ceasing after-sales support.
What is not covered by the warranty? This warranty excludes any defects or damage arising from the product being used other than in the manner it was intended (as indicated in the product user manual), normal wear and tear, commercial use, lack of appropriate maintenance, inadequate installation, negligence, natural disasters, accidents, acts of God, and damages caused by abusive use, accident, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.
IS THE WARRANTY TRANSFERABLE? The warranty is bound to the person of the first buyer and is not transferable. The warranty shall not extend to anyone other than the original purchaser.

To avoid injury or aggravation of pre-existing conditions, this device should not be used on swollen or inflamed areas.
